Terms of Service
1. Who we are
The Helpful REA Membership ("the Membership") is offered by TEA Creators LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, doing business as REA MKTG ("REA MKTG," "we," "us"). By purchasing or using the Membership you ("the Member") agree to these Terms.
2. What the Membership includes
While your Membership is active, you receive: at least 8 pieces of useful real estate content per month, delivered by email as at least 2 ready-to-use pieces per week; related buyer/seller resources when appropriate; and simple usage guidance when useful. Topics, formats, and included materials are selected at REA MKTG's discretion. The Membership is a content-and-resources delivery service — it is not a custom agency service, ad management, CRM management, posting service, or consulting engagement.
3. Price, billing, and cancellation
The Founding Member Plan is $100 per month, billed as a recurring monthly subscription through our payment processor (Stripe). The Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@reamktg.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made. Founding Member pricing applies to the Founding Member Plan while you remain continuously subscribed to it; it does not include future products, services, or premium tiers.
4. The Easy Decision Guarantee
Your first month is refundable in full, for any reason. To claim the refund, email contact@reamktg.com before your second month begins. The guarantee applies once per Member, to the first month of the Member's first subscription.
5. Your license to use delivered materials
Membership includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials delivered to you, while your Membership is active, in your own real estate marketing. Specifically, you may: post delivered materials on your own channels; send them to your own sphere, leads, clients, and database; and lightly adapt them for your voice, accuracy, local fit, or brokerage compliance.
You may not: resell delivered materials; redistribute them as templates, products, or downloads; sublicense or share them with other agents, teams, or brokerages who are not covered by an applicable agreement; claim ownership of the underlying intellectual property; or expose internal or source materials. When your Membership ends, the license ends: content you already published in the ordinary course may remain where it was posted, but no new uses of delivered materials are permitted.
6. Intellectual property
All delivered materials and underlying intellectual property remain the property of TEA Creators LLC / REA MKTG.
7. Teams and brokerages
The Membership license covers one individual Member. Use by teams or brokerages, or by multiple agents, requires a separate agreement — contact us to arrange one.
8. No guarantees; not professional advice
The Membership does not guarantee leads, appointments, closings, engagement, or any business outcome. Delivered materials are general information for marketing use; they are not legal, tax, financial, investment, brokerage, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing materials before use and for your own compliance with applicable laws and rules, including brokerage policies, MLS rules, advertising and licensing regulations, and fair-housing laws.
9. Member responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account and contact information, to use delivered materials lawfully and consistently with Section 5, and to maintain access to the email address where materials are delivered.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Membership and all materials are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, REA MKTG's total liability arising out of or relating to the Membership is limited to the Membership fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim, and REA MKTG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a Membership that violates these Terms. If we terminate your Membership without cause, we will refund the pro-rated unused portion of the current billing period.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be sent to your Membership email before they take effect. Continued use of the Membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
