1. What this policy covers
This policy describes how TEA Creators LLC, doing business as REA MKTG ("we," "us"), handles personal information in connection with the Helpful REA Membership and this website.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and business details you share (such as market and brokerage). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site. This site does not use advertising trackers.
3. How we use information
We use your information to deliver the Membership (including sending your weekly materials by email), process billing, respond to questions and support requests, honor cancellations and refunds, and send service notices about your Membership.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that make the Membership work — Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and Cloudflare (hosting) — and where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep Membership information while your Membership is active and afterward as needed for records, billing, and legal requirements.
6. Your choices
You can cancel the Membership, unsubscribe from emails, or request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@reamktg.com. We will honor deletion requests except where retention is required by law or for billing records.
7. Children
The Membership and this website are for business use by adults and are not directed to anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here and, for Members, sent by email before they take effect.
